Preschool Teacher Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as language, social-emotional skills, physical education, and math.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and engagement.
- Conduct assessments to track each child's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's education.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of the children.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and independence.
